01the reserve(fund_reserve)

value accrues into a reserve account that the protocol alone controls. the reserve is funded by a fixed transfer fee on every movement of the token, held on chain, and spent only by the program itself. no deployer key, no multisig, and no off-chain signer can reach it.

02the acquisition(acquire_and_pair)

on its own cadence, the reserve spends into the open market. it buys the token at the prevailing price and pairs the purchased amount into a liquidity position the protocol owns, rather than a position it merely rents from third-party liquidity providers.

03the floor(get_floor_level)

from the owned position, the program derives a backed level beneath the token. this level represents the price at which the reserve is presently positioned to support the market. it is the level the protocol can defend with the capital it already holds.

04the ratchet(ratchet_floor)

the floor level is permitted to rise and forbidden to fall. when the backing grows, the recorded floor steps up to match. when the backing contracts, the recorded floor holds. each step is written once, and the program offers no instruction by which it can be lowered.

05the seal(lock_liquidity)

the owned liquidity is locked, with no authority left over the position. it cannot be withdrawn, migrated, or unwound by any caller. the floor the position supports therefore cannot be dismantled. the arrangement is structural, not promised.
